Use this module to touch your soul. Our souls go to the astral plane between lives and when we’re asleep. We learn and heal here. While sleep may be a nice break on the body, it can be work for the soul. A lot happens on the astral plane! The astral is spirit. It is pure energy. Use this psychic tool to learn and embody wisdom instantaneously. It’s a great place to profoundly heal and to manifest from. Visit the astral plane consciously to improve your sleep and maximize all your work up there and to benefit your relationship with the spiritual work so it’s happening out of inspiration and not desperation. Experience energy in motion and return to the material place recharged, rejuvenated, inspired, and with your soul fully integrated into your existence.

Below is a generalized guideline of the layers you’ll be traveling today:

Layers 1-3 : Fear, pain, nightmare consciousness.

Layer 4 : Family and ancestors.

Layer 5 : Healing the body.

Layer 6 : Healing the mind.

Layers 7-8 : Healing the spirit. Learning, teaching. Preminisions.

Layer 9-12 : Heaven, universal mind.

PROTOCOL

How to Astral Travel:

  1. From your psychic space, descend down to your belly button.

  2. Clean out the silver cord that extends out from your belly button to connect you to your astral self.

  3. Leave through your belly button all the way through the silver cord and enter your astral body.

  4. As your astral self you can take a clear elevator up to your desired level on the astral plane. You may visit one or multiple layers in one visit.

  5. Once on the astral, you may look around, simply observe, ask your questions, ask for help, take classes, play, explore, discover.

  6. When you are finished visiting the astral plane, you can take the clear elevator back down until you’re hovering back outside your body.

  7. Enter your body through the silver cord and come back up to your psychic space.


Suggested Practices

  • To astral travel at night, be sure to descend your energy down to your third chakra. When you have dreams that replay the day’s events, it means you’ve left your body through your head at night and not through your belly button. This module can really benefit your quality of sleep and fortify your soul.

  • Pick a day to simply experience and explore the astral plane. Think of it like visiting a new country without an itinerary. See where the astral takes you, what you’re guided towards, who you may meet, etc. Enjoy the fluidity and flow and trust you’ll be receiving exactly what you need right now.

  • Pick a day to explore the astral plane with more of an itinerary- think of intentions you may have, people you’d like to exchange with, questions you’d like answered and travel accordingly.
